Information from Brewdog

Many of the classic BrewDog beers were developed in our early days and we still use a homebrew 50L system to develop new beers and new recipes at BrewDog. Homebrew brewing is ingrained in BrewDog, as many of the great craft breweries of the world can trace their origins back to household brewing.

With DIY Dog, we wanted to do something that had never been done before and pay homage to our homebrewing roots. We wanted to take every single one of our recipes and give them all away for free to the amazing global brewpub community. We have always enjoyed the sharing of knowledge, expertise and passion in the craft beer community and wanted to take this spirit of collaboration to the next level. So here it is. The keys to our kingdom. Every single BrewDog recipe, always. So copy them, rip them up, bastardize them, adapt them and most importantly, enjoy them. They have traveled far, but still have many kilometers on the clock. Remember to share your beers and your results. Sharing is caring.
